The 3.0 AT starts with an ultra-quiet 2.75-horsepower continuous-duty motor that delivers more power with less noise. As a result, you can enjoy your workout without having to crank the volume on your TV or radio, even when you're in a full sprint. The treadmill also supports a variety of workout intensities, with a speed range of 0.5 to 12 miles per hour (in 0.1 mph increments) and an incline range of 0 to 12 percent (in 0.5 percent increments). This lets everyone from beginning runners to athletes in training push their workouts to an even higher intensity level. And serious runners will love the machine's exclusive proFILE technology, which lets up to two users monitor and evaluate a variety of workout statistics, including time, calories, pace, and distance. With proFILE, you can track your fitness level across multiple workouts, helping you get the most from each and every routine. The treadmill's console also includes a built-in iPod/MP3 holder (with an input/output jack), giving you a safe place to store your portable music and movies.
